Youth soccer is fun, it brings families and communities together. By joining LERSC, you are joining our family — a club, league, state, region, and national group that supports all members and provides a wide variety of services and benefits. Our programs include Travel (U9-U19), Interleague (U9-U13+), Intramurals, Little Kickers and EDP programs as well as our TOPS program (The Outreach Program for Soccer). We are a 600+ member club.

Speed and strength are fundamental components of high-level soccer performance, enabling players to control space, win duels, and maintain possession under pressure. A strong physical presence helps athletes shield the ball, hold off defenders, and compete confidently in aerial challenges. On the defensive side, physical resilience allows players to close gaps quickly, apply controlled pressure, and break up attacking plays without losing structure.
What to Bring to Soccer Tryouts

A properly inflated soccer ball to participate in drills and exercises.

Appropriate soccer attire, including cleats, shin guards, and comfortable clothing.

A water bottle to stay hydrated during the tryout session.
