Cant upload? Send an email with your video attached directly to info@longislandsoccertryouts.com with the subject "Defensive Play of the Month Submission" and a brief description of the defensive play, for a chance to be featured!
**All submitted videos may be used for promotional purposes by LIST.
**A Defense of the Month video submission may only win once. The winners from each month will then advance as the only eligible contestants for the Defense of the Season award.
