Paul Sheiffele

Paul Sheiffele is a possession-focused, high-impact midfielder with the physical presence and technical ability to control matches in multiple central roles. At 6’3” and 175 pounds, Paul combines size and strength with composure on the ball, allowing him to stay calm under pressure and dictate tempo in tight spaces.

 

Primarily operating as a Center or Attacking midfielder, Paul demonstrates advanced vision and awareness, consistently identifying forward runs and delivering intelligent, well-weighted passes that create scoring opportunities. His ability to break lines through dribbling, smart movement, and progressive distribution makes him a reliable connector between defensive stability and attacking progression.

 

A natural leader, Paul serves as captain for both his high school and travel teams. He earned All-Conference honors in Suffolk County and is a member of the USA U19 Men’s Futsal National Team, reflecting his technical sharpness, creativity, and comfort in high-pressure environments. His versatility allows him to contribute as a winger, striker, RM, or LM when needed, giving coaches tactical flexibility across multiple systems.

 

Paul projects as a strong collegiate-level midfielder capable of enhancing team structure, possession retention, and attacking creativity while providing leadership both on and off the field.
