Massapequa U8 Academy Soccer Tryouts

Location: Massapequa, NY

Massapequa Soccer Club is inviting young players to attend its Academy U8 tryouts for the upcoming 2026/27 season. The program is open to both boys and girls born between August 1, 2018 and July 31, 2019 who are interested in developing their soccer skills within a fun, structured, and development-focused environment.

Tryouts will take place on Friday, June 5 at John J. Burns Park East Soccer Field. Separate sessions will be held for girls and boys to allow players to train in an organized and age-appropriate setting led by experienced coaches.

The Academy program is designed to introduce young athletes to competitive soccer fundamentals while emphasizing technical development, teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Players will participate in engaging training activities that help build foundational skills and prepare them for future growth within the club’s travel program structure.
